                         What is this?

Beginning in 2007, the Medicare Learning Network began developing training courses to help facilitate the understanding of Medicare regulations. Seven new courses were added in 2009.

The "How To" nature of the courses take the student directly to the CMS for training and explanation.  For example,  http://www.cms.hhs.gov/manuals/downloads/clm104c24.pdf on the CMS website
